Meant to ask this at the wrap-up meeting, but neglected to do so. How did you feel about the Master Classes? Would you like to see that format (everyone attends) repeated, or would you prefer to have workshop choices on those days as well. A few of you did mention this on your evaluation form, but responses went both ways. Would love to have as much feedback as possible on this as I prepare to fill in the January schedule.

I prefer the workshops. They feel more intimate.
The Master Classes were great. I like the format with ALL attending. I think a selection of workshops after lunch would make be a good use of time. These afternoon workshops could have a choice of two in the time block instead of three.

Both. The master classes are good and keep us together; the workshops give us hands on work.
I liked the idea of two masters classes. I also like Molly's comment about possibly some afternoon workshops. To me, the workshops are the best part of the residency, and any way to make time for more would be wonderful.
I really liked the combination of both formats. Having attended a series of master classes on social media last autumn offered by my employer I have grown to appreciate the format immensely.
I would like to see three or four morning master classes with workshops on the other mornings. Additional workshops in the afternoons or evenings would be great!
