I'm assuming you wanted grads, too.


Enrichment project was: Helping a local liberal-arts college - University of Virginia's College at Wise - move its literary journal online. Involved research similar sites, architecture, design, processes and procedures.


Practicum: Teaching a college-level course on Speechwriting at The University of Virginia's College at Wise.


Jobs: Two full-time jobs in the program. Manager, Corporate Communications, Eastman Chemical Company; Director of Executive Communications and Chief Speechwriter for the Chairman and CEO, The Dow Chemical Company (present job).

Hello All,

Publications since entry into the program: Louisiana Literature, Calyx, Minnetonka Review, Main Street Rag, War, Literature & Arts, Patterson Literary Review, Whatever Literary Journal,


Enrichment project is : Running a poetry workshop at the V.A. Hospital for Vietnam Veterans who are being treated for PTSD. At the end of the semester, we will have a chapbook, and will come to the winter residency to give a reading.

My Teaching practicum is at SCSU running a poetry workshop with graduate students.

Jobs I am the current editor of Connecticut River Review, the poetry journal of the Connecticut Poetry Societry, and Managing Editor of Connecticut Review, the Literary journal for the Connecticut State University system. And to pay the bills, I work in the financial aid office at SCSU as a loan adminsistrator.

Other successes: An 11 year old black lab named Bucca and a 7 month old lab/setter mix named Kali (Kaliope). Oh, and I quit smoking.
